Appointments
We collect the contact, vehicle, service, and preferred visit details you submit to respond to your request and coordinate service. Appointment data is stored in the site's booking system and may be transferred to Tekmetric for shop scheduling.
Appointment emails
When email is enabled, Resend processes your email address and appointment details to send request receipts and confirmations. Shop staff receive appointment alerts. Email sending records are retained to troubleshoot delivery and prevent duplicate messages. These service messages are separate from optional marketing emails.
Vehicle lookup
When you choose Decode VIN, your VIN is sent to NHTSA to retrieve vehicle specifications. If plate lookup is enabled and you choose it, your plate and state are sent to PlateToVIN. Review the returned vehicle before applying it. You may instead enter vehicle details manually.
Questions in chat
If AI chat is enabled, messages are processed by OpenAI to generate an answer using shop information and current offers. Please do not submit payment details, sensitive personal information, or other customers' information. The website does not maintain a separate database of chat transcripts. The assistant has no access to your repair records and cannot book appointments or access private customer records. If you choose to submit an inquiry, your reviewed request and contact details are saved for shop staff in a separate inquiry inbox; your full chat transcript is not included. Contact details entered in the request form are not sent to OpenAI. Request counters help limit automated abuse. Chat history remains in this page while you use it and clears when you reload or select Start over.

Control of information
Shop management access is restricted. The shop uses submitted details for its service workflow. Contact us to ask about access, corrections, or removal of information, subject to records the shop needs to retain.
